- comments: observed an high temperature dish machine in use not properly sanitizing. It was at 161. 8f. A held for inspection was placed on unit. Instructed to use 3- compartment sink to wash,rinse and sanitize

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap in left corner of produce walk in cooler door. Must make door tight fitting.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings on floor along wall bases and under shelving units in deli walk in cooler,deli hot holding unit cabinet and under desk in osco receiving area and live small flies in stalls in women's staff toilet room. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 7/29/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must provide a splash guard in between hand sink and drain board at 3- compartment sink in bakery prep area.

- comments: must remove rust from rolling cart in deli walk in cooler and fan guard cover in seafood walk in cooler. Must repair or replace worn door gaskets on deli/bakery small walk in cooler.

- comments: observed no high temperature test strips/permeable measuring device at the plate for high temp dish machine. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: must clean debris build up from bakery- walk in cooler fan guard covers. Deli-lower shelf of hot holding unit. Seafood-door jams on cooler. Meat prep area- fan guard covers. Dairy walk in cooler- fan guard covers. Produce walk in cooler- fan guard covers. Must detail clean exterior parts of dish machine.

- comments: must adjust faucet handle at hand sink on men's staff toilet room to stay on longer for hand washing. Must repair or replace leaky pipe at hand sink in deli area and leaky faucet at 2- compartment sink in meat prep area,leaky back flow device on dish machine.

- comments: must provide a garbage can with lid in customers unisex toilet rooms.

- comments: must clean debris build up from walls in deli area. Must remove mold build up from ceilings in meat prep area.
