أمس واليوم طبق أوليف جاردن منذ ليلتين أكلت تورتيليني الدجاج المشوي. زوجتي أكلت طبقاً بالباذنجان. كلانا أكل السلطة. كلانا حصل على أعراض مشابهة، بفارق ~24 ساعة.

Husband and I both ate chicken and gnocchi soup. He had spaghetti and meatballs and I had five cheese ziti around 5pm. By 6pm both in the bathroom with horrible gut cramps and diarrhea. I vomited once after leaving restaurant. Chicken looked pink and translucent in soup.

كانت هذه محاولتي الثانية لتناول الطعام هنا. لم تنجح. لم يكن لدي سوى قائمة الجمبري الخفيفة ومعكرونة شعر الملاك. لا سلطة أو حساء. بالكاد وصلت إلى المنزل. القيء والإسهال في نفس الوقت. استمرت معظم الليل. استيقظت مع صداع من الجفاف

I had lunch here at 12:30 heavy cramping by 5 and violently vomiting by 6:30. Threw up about 10-12 times
