Me and wife went to Punta Cana to get married. We stood at the Hard Rock for the first part of the trip. I became very sick to my stomach there but didn't think much of it. We got married and decided to change hotels to the Catalonia Royal Bavaro for our honeymoon. After our first night there my wife because deathly ill. She could not hold in any fluid even water, she was throwing up non stop and had a very high fever and was progressively getting worse. We had to book an immediate flight back to Boston because she was at the point where she could barely stand. Once we got back to Boston she went immediately to Beth Israel and she was kept there getting fluids and being treated. I booked my trip through Expedia who was of no help at all. Not only was our honeymoon ruined but we lost thousands of dollars because the hotel and Expedia refused to refund our money. I paid over $2000 just to get on the first flight back to Boston. Then lost an additional $3000 since the hotel refused to refund us for the stay and all the excursions that we have already previously booked and paid for. | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
