Ordered a double double, grilled+whole onions, extra tomato's around 6/7? Ate it with their fries. Had symptoms of food poisoning the following day. The food was not digested and I threw it up in the morning. I also had diarrhea around 4/5AM before puking around 9AM | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
