I had a free sandwich meal so I got the chicken salad. An hour after eating it my stomach was upset and later on that night I was vomiting pieces of the chicken salad. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day after going to Zaxby's so I know for sure it was the sandwich. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
