Possibly noravirus  individual 1: rapid onset of fatigue, vomiting, nausea and diarrhea that lasted 12 hours, felt better within 48 hours of initial onset of symptoms  
Individual two staying in the same hotel room became sick 48 hours after individual 1. Same symptoms.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, التعب

Not sure We ate between 11 am a noon on Fat Tuesday 2/25 and ate from their Mardi Gras tapa menu. My husband got sick at 4:39pm and was taken to ER via ambulance. I started feeling ill about an hour later. I drove to ER and 2 nurses wanted to admit me while I was there with my husband.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, آخر
