تناولت العشاء في شبوتل في 10/8/16 في غضون ساعة كنت أشعر بالمرض في معدتي، وكان يعاني من تشنجات سيئة وكان غثيان. في الوقت الذي وصلت فيه إلى المنزل بعد ساعة، أصبت بالإسهال وشعرت بالغثيان الشديد. بحلول صباح اليوم التالي كنت أتقيأ وأعاني من إسهال شديد، وكانت التشنجات… شاهد المزيد

I ate brunch here 3 days ago from today may 2nd and started feeling nauseas stomach cramps and aching
then vomited and been miserable since went to doctor said a virus
