    I visited AMBAR Restaurant in Clarendon, Arlington, VA on April 20 2026 around 1:00pm.
    A few hours after eating, I began experiencing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever (38.1°C), chills, body aches, and stomach cramps.

    I used Old El Paso soft dinner kit. The package of tacos was not sealed correctly. One of the taco shells appears to have gotten in the way of sealing the bag and the bag arrived unopened.
