fish sandwi h Ate around 1 p.m. Felt weird about 6 p.m. Diarrehea and vertigo around 7:30. Continuous nausea. Barfed around 9 p.m.and again later. Spent from 7 until midnight sitting on toilet. Took Bonine before barfing. Slept about midnight to 8 a.m. Still nauseous and vertigoy.

Midnight McDouble Illness

I was served a barely warm mcdouble at 1:30am Sunday morning. Woke up at 8am with diarrhea, nausea, chills and fatigue which lasted a solid 12 hours.

i ate a mcchicken and some chicken nuggets. then about 2 hours later i got uncontrollable vomiting. before i started vomiting, i could feel very nauseous and it just kept building up until i couldn’t control myself from puking.
