Cheerios Diarrhea Affects Family

My husband and I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios last night. I was up at 3am with diarrhea and at 7 am he had the same issue. I am also breastfeeding and unfortunately my 7 months old has a bad blowout later in the morning as well
