6/22/2020 ate mahi mahi tacos and some salad. Felt nauseous a few hours later followed by severe diarrhea. A few more hours passed and violent vomiting. It is now the evening of the 24th of june and I still have all three symptoms.

our own meals. He had a 20 piece nugget + fries + bbq sauce. I had a Big Mac + fries + ranch and buffalo sauce. This was the only food we had eaten that day, besides some store-bought packaged Chex-Mix. Within approximately 2 hours I was vomiting about every 30 minutes even when I ran out of things to throw up. 2 days later and I am still experiencing symptoms such as fever, nausea, diarrhea, and lack of appetite.

I immediately ran to the bathroom and then I had diarrhea and I started vomiting. Later on this day, I had the chills and a fever. This is definitely symptoms of food poisoning.

vomited on my steps before making it in my house (captured on my ring camera). I felt ill & slept until 4:30pm and then woke up feeling much better. Upon picking up some food and drinking that same grape Powerade I left in my car I vomited within 13 mins of drinking it again feeling nausea and dizziness just like this morning. I am confident this Powerade is the culprit. May still have the bottle in the car !
