I was gambling at Dottys casinoand decided to walk over for something to eat. I got 2 slices of pizza and sat down at the slot machine where i ate them. I felt fine up until i stepped foot in my apartment. That's when it hit me. I didn't have anything else to eat.

Ate 2 chicken tacitos from, Ate around 4 pm on Wednesday. Woke up Thursday feeling sick. Still sick
