I had some chicken noodle solo cuz I am pregnant and can’t eat a lot of things cuz they make me morning sickness act up. But I know food poisoning when I see it. I have been non stop puking since 2 am and it’s 3:30 am. Still feel like crap

i eat cheerios almost every day, this has been going on for maybe a few weeks, but I haven’t been able to connect the dots until now. every day i had bad diarrhea, and nausea. now i’m hungry almost all the time even though i eat a lot, and have stopped eating cheerios for breakfast.
