Shrimp Meal Causes Illness

Ordered a surf and turf but no chicken because it was missing from the meal so all I ate was 8 pieces of shrimp, fries and bread this was on 3/20/25 symtoms started on 3/21/25 and are still current on 3/23/25  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
