Concurrent Dizziness After Meal

I myself and my husband. We ate and a few minutes later I mentioned to him I feel really dizzy and he felt it almost exactly at the same moment as I was speaking. We stopped at the nearest gas station and purchased water. We came home, my husband had tried to induce vomiting.
