I ordered a hamburger with lettuce tomato cheese and mayo with French fries on June 21st for lunch. It did taste a bit off. 5-6 hours after I felt nauseated. By 9pm I had fever chills and a very bad headache. My stomach is still messed up and diarrhea a week later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
