Suspected food poisoning from LAX to Tokyo (NRT). Only thing I ate different from group of 6 was waffle meal and I’m the only one that got sick. Hour later nausea, last 24 hours vomit, diarrhea, stomach cramps.

to the point I had to go to the emergency room and get treated with an IV drip and morphine! The total for my hospital bill was over $36,000 USD! I was able to verify this as this was the only meal I ate that other people in my party didn’t eat or take a bite of. This was incredibly disappointing and I can’t believe that Virgin Atlantic ruined my first ever overseas trip.

Flight on April 2 2023 aboard Emirates from LAX to Dubai. Was served fish as a special entree (diabetic meal). Almost immediately upset stomach, gurgling, and diarrhea non stop for 2 weeks. Fish served inflight Inflight meal on Emirates.

LAYOVER. ABOUT 2 HOURS OR SO IN, I BEGAN TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE LIKE I NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM. I SAT DOWN TO PEE AND BEGAN TO HAVE A BM, WHEN SUDDENLY I THREW UP AND HAD A BM AT THE SAME TIME. UNABLE TO CONTROL ANY OF MY BODY FUNCTIONS. I TRIED MY BEST TO GET MY COMPOSURE. THERE WERE NO WORKING VENDING MACHINES, EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED. A PASSERBY CALLED THE AMBULANCE AND I WAS TAKEN TO THE ER. UNABLE TO SEE A DOCTOR FOR HOURS, I EVENTUALLY HAD TO DISCHARGE MYSELF TO PREVENT FROM MISSING MY FLIGHT HOME. I HAVE BEEN SICK EVER SINCE 8/10. TODAY IS 9/16

My flight was 7/10/22 paris to LAX. I ate the chicken dish served in economy on the flight. My friend did as well. The following day she has diarrhea/nausea/vomiting and I had severe nausea vomiting and abdominal pain. We both also has a sandwich in the airport international terminal.

It was on Thursday, February 27, 2020, Delta flight catered breakfast DL 3845. Suspect spoiled carton milk or unwashed fresh cut fruit. Nausea and vomiting, but no blood or diarrhea. Severe nausea persisted for three days. My breakfast was at the hotel. However, suspect food was loaded
