On steam table shelving, along all baseboards at the rear dish and mop sink area. Instructed to remove all dropping, sanitize all areas, and have a licensed pest control co. Service establishment for mice. Priority violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: noted lid of the box freezer broken/cracked and sealed/repaired with duct tape. Must replace.
