I ordered a family sized pizza with pepperoni sausage peppers and onions on September 17, 2025.
Within an hour of eating the pizza, I, and other family members barely made it to the bathroom with explosive diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
