1 person. After a few hours after a vegetarian pizza, it started right in the morning. 10 hours of vomiting and diarrhoea (even water was no longer in it) could only be stopped by intravenous antivomating in the hospital. Result of investigation: B | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
