Additional information: got a pizookie, woke up the next day dehydrated nauseous and throwing up. stomach is still turned upside down 4 days later.

Jalapeño Burger Illness Report

Someone I know got a food poisoning from a burger , My boyfriend ate a jalapeño burger around 9pm left the restaurant around 10pm. At 5am he woke up with all symptoms of food poisoning.

Chicken Entree Causes Illness

My wife and I both got sick From eating The Lemon Thyme Chicken. We both had the same Entree. This happened on Sept 9th 2017. I was better by Tuesday but my wife ended up at the hospital on the 15th. She still has not recovered and we are going back to the hospital in the morning.
