Husband had bang bang shrimp and I had ahi tuna. He started to feel sick immediately and began vomiting when we got home. I started to get sick soon after and ended up at the hospital due to the pain and dehydration levels.

5/13/18 around 5:30pm. Ate at the bar, ordered a glass of wine, calamari. Main course: grilled salmon w/pesto sauce, garlic potatoes, and spinach. Had molten lava cake for desert as well. Both calamari and desert shared with girlfriend who was not sick. Around 10pm diarea and vomiitting…
