Weird Queso, Cold Wings

Mild Buffalo boneless wings. Hatch chili queso. The queso tasted weird and was kind of bubbly. Wings were on cold side and not sauced fully unlike my husbands. Aldi had 2 Michelob ultras  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
