My wife and I ate the ultimate nacho at 5:30 PM . At 8:00 PM she had cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. She was sick for 2 days. I fell sick with the same symptoms about 2 hours after her. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps
