Undercooked Chicken Tenders Illness

My son who is 5 ordered a chicken tenders kids meal, he ate an entire tender before asking why the chicken had “sauce” on it, it was not sauce it was undercooked batter. We then saw it was completely undercooked and reported it to the manager. 4 days later my son is non stop vomiting.
