- comments: observed approximately 100 or more rat/mice droppings throughout premises: shelf and front service counter, chemical storage room, prep area under hot holding table, front dry food area, dining/catering area, rear unisex bathroom. Observed approximately 25 live large flies flying through prep areas and dining rooms. Instructed to remove droppings, clean and sanitize areas. Recommend pest control serviced on/after today.
