I had lunch at Chick-fil-A at Eubank on Tuesday the 14th at 1:47 PM. I ate a chicken deluxe and by 5 PM I was experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, cramps, and fever. I strongly suspect that I have been food poisoned at this location. I am currently at the emergency room and all the symptoms are still present.

I ordered food from there for dinner for me and my family I ended up getting sick that night from it I had the symptoms of food poisoning I had chicken strips and chicken noodle soup with green chile

Family Ill After Spicy Nuggets

My husband, two toddlers, and I got sick Nov. 20 2019 and were sick all afternoon/ night immediately after having it for lunch and all we had for breakfast was dry cereal. My kids had the chicken nuggets, I had the grilled chicken sandwich, and my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich.
