Chicken delux and waffle fries and lemonade ate nothing else 4 hours later headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea  Severe headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea ate around 5pm 03/11/22 and was so sick by 9:30pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
