Ate a meal there though everything on the sandwich wasn't right. Well we had eaten the fries because the sandwich was disgusting. It was mostly the lettuce on the sandwich. So we went to work within an hour nothing else to eat was sick stomach hurting and tired.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

Scramble Bowl Illness Report

Got a scramble bowl with nuggets & eggs. Stomach started instantly hurting and felt so bloated like it was going to pop. A couple of hours later I got diarrhea followed by vomiting an hour after that. Nonstop for 12 hours. It was the only thing I ate.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bloating

Chicken Sandwich Vomiting Incident

Stop for dinner. Got a chicken sandwich fries and a large chocolate shake. Only thing i had to eat all day. 3 hours later started sweating and having cold chills. The the Throwing up started. Ive been up all night throwing up. I feel terrible.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
