Scramble Bowl Illness Report

Got a scramble bowl with nuggets & eggs. Stomach started instantly hurting and felt so bloated like it was going to pop. A couple of hours later I got diarrhea followed by vomiting an hour after that. Nonstop for 12 hours. It was the only thing I ate.

Stop for dinner. Got a chicken sandwich fries and a large chocolate shake. Only thing i had to eat all day. 3 hours later started sweating and having cold chills. The the Throwing up started. Ive been up all night throwing up. I feel terrible.
