Had lunch around 11:30am chicken nuggets and fries by the time I got off work had an excruciating headache that turned into fever chills and vomiting all night. Still feel terrible

I simply ate a chicken sandwich and a few hours later, my body could not wait to reject it in any way possible. I lost a day of work and a day of ski instructing.
