My friend ate here and almost immediately felt ill. By the next day she passed away at the hospital, they are saying the cause is sepsis but we believe she got the bacterial infection from here.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness

My husband and I had Chick-fil-A Monday afternoon October 22nd. We both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. By the evening I was vomiting having diarrhea fever and sick to my stomach. Just a few hours later my husband experience the same symptoms. Just a horrible experience.

September 25, 2018. Around 10:00 I ate a Cobb salad without bacon and cheese with the avacado lime dressing and after eating it half an hour later I was feeling nausea and wanted to vomit. The salad had me in the bathroom for over an hour. What a horrible experience.
