Chicken Nuggets Cause Illness

My daughter had the chicken nuggets on Thursday. It was the only thing she ate! The following day she had stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea and develop a fever of 101.2 It has been 2 days that she has been feeling weak, nausea, fever and several episodes of diarrhea.
