Ordered a Veggie Bowl on 2/18 at the location around 7:00 PM. Instantaneously vomiting occured the same evening around 10:00 PM and suffering extreme abdominal pain 4-5 days later. Body Aches and Chills occurred 3 days into ingestion.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache
