Got a bowl with new pollo asada and I only ate half of it because something felt off and I put it away. A few hours later and I have cramps and diarrhea I potentially could throw up if I force it.

Last night 1pm ate there and vomited around 7pm cold chills cold sweat and violently shaking uncontrollably Diarrhea, bloody stools and stomach pains till 4pm next day

Infectious Colitis from Lunch

Ate at chipotle Tuesday (4/5/2017) for lunch started feeling sick that evening. Fever, pain, etc. Went to ER 4/6 where after blood work and CT I was diagnosed with infectious colitis and placed on multiple antibiotics, pain medicine, etc.
