Woke up 4 times throughout the night with intense nausea and diarrhea after eating here for dinner. I only had a smoothie earlier that day for lunch. It was some of the worst stomach cramps and aches I’ve ever had.

Had eaten there several times in the last couple months. Their rice is sometimes crunchy and lettuce is brown but yesterday, I was feeling bad about an hour after I ate it. I started with vomiting. I’ve been vomiting all night now watery diarrhea and throwing up.

I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, guacamole, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, fajita veggies, cheese, and romaine lettuce at 12:30 on 06/02/2022. At 2 pm stated to have abdominal cramps/pain, and nausea. I felt like I needed to throw it all up.…
