3 tacos chicken, Barbacoa, pick de gallo, with meat, lettuce, sour cream, medium salsa, and guacamole. 5 days sick, fever, chills, 3 hours after eating. Only me sick I was only one who had eaten.

Ate a steak burrito from chipotle on Wednesday - late Wednesday started getting bad abdominal pains and some loose stools. Woke up the next morning early- throwing up. I threw up the chipotle. It is Thursday evening now Ann I'm still sick. Had stomach pains, nausea, vomiting and headache.
