pork tacos, with lettuce, and chips on the side. 12 hours later - headache, nausea, stomach pain and onset of Diarrhea. At 20 hours, very heavy vomitting. had only some coffee and a pretzel, diet coke, powerade zero and water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

My boyfriend had a chicken burrito around 6:00pm and woke up around 1:00am with extreme vomiting and diarrhea. He has gotten sick 4 times during the night. I had a chicken bowl with pretty much all of the toppings and have an upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
