Ordered a 3 piece chicken combo with coleslaw. Took two bites of the chicken. Taste was ok but something felt off. Became violently ill with food poisoning and projectile vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
