Went to dinner on June 14 with 4 other women. We shared a bunch of appetizers as a meal. One had a nut allergy and didn’t eat some of the appetizers. The other 4 out of the 5 of us got diarrhea which lasted for weeks and had to have stool samples/antibiotics from drs

Last night, i ate one of the Harry and David white chocolates that a relative sent to me from their website. This morning i woke dizzy and with cold sweats. I was incredibly nauseous and threw up several times. i’ve also had stomach pains and intermittent diarrhea.

i previously had eaten the milk chocolate that was in the same box and had been fine. it’s very unlikely that the food poisoning was caused by anything else as the white chocolate was the only thing i ate yesterday that was out of the ordinary for me.

My son and I had The Habit yesterday, within 6 hours my son had aggressive vomiting and a bad headache. It lasted all night. I had the Cesar salad and have had diarrhea all night/ morning. Horrible stomach pain.

I ate a mushroom pasta from Marks and Spencer on Sunday & I vomited it back up a few hours later. I've been feeling nauseous since. I'm flushed in the face and sleeping a lot. I'm going to go back to my doctor as I still don't feel well.
