Body aches, throwing up, diarrhea, chills, hot cold flashes.took 3 days to recover then my son came down with the same.. A coworker ate one grape from his lunch and came down with same symptoms .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Body Ache
