Severe Illness After Combo

On March 24, 2021, at approximately 2:40PM. I went through there drive thru and ordered the 1/2LB Grillburger-Cheeze Combo, Reg Fry and MD Orange Soda and large Cone. After eating and consuming the above food and got severe diarrhea, Stomach Cramps, Nausea and vomiting for six hours.…

Chicken tenders, fries, coke small fudge sundae Just me, 3 hrs & then symptoms hit, GI tract still settling down(so far 1 hr.) Had diarrhea for about 5 hrs. Back to bland food.
