I had felt sick 1 hour after, I had fried rice, shrimp and chicken. Threw up in the middle of the night, stomach hurts so much and felt full even I didn’t eat much, of course diarrhea. Can’t stand up now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
