Ate lunch and by 3 pm I was vomiting, super watery diarrhea, stomach cramps like they slipped me an epidural, muscle pain. Can keep anything down and super dehydrated. It's been 3 days now and if it isn't better by tomorrow I'm going to the hospital

Vegas Meal Ends Badly

I had food at 9pm at the Excalibur hotel, by 3am I was violently vomiting, nauseous, fever and chill. This has lasted all day- ruined my holiday. Haven’t been able to lift my head off the pillow without being sick.
