Lunch Leads to Blackouts

I had lunch there yesterday. Started feeling ill soon after. Tried to make it home to rest. Started blacking out on the way home. Got sick all over me abd the truck. Finally made it home and slept for 14 hours. I have never felt anything like that, almost called ambulance!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
