I ate dominos chicken sandwich and pizza Saturday night. Sunday I started vomiting uncontrollably. I was still vomiting yesterday and was unable to get off the couch. Today I have sever stomach cramps and pains. All I can keep down is water  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Vomiting, Cramps
