was bedridden again. Next day I was weak and still had diarrhea, but had to go to work. I had constant diarrhea and cramps the entire week & could barely eat. By Friday at midnight, I was waken to extreme cramping, fever, chills. Cramping was so severe I could barely walk the next morning. My GF took me to a walkin clinic & had blood work up. My white cell blood count was over 23 and the Dr sent me directly to the ER at hospital. Spent 3 hrs in ER getting tested. They finally did a CATSCAN & said I was septic due to a severe infection that effected my gallbladder. A stool sample taken by ER & later reconfirmed by my surgeon, stated my stool had tested positive for salmonella posioning. I was quickly admitted to the hospital after being diagnosed as SEPTIC, and put on several IV antibiotics (and many additional meds) in an attempt to kill the infection. The surgeon said the Salamonella poisioning effected the galbladder which was now septic and I had surgery on May 27, 2018. Due to the salmonella posioning from your pasta, I expect full compensation for my hospital bill plus my lost wages. I am willing to discuss an out of court settlement, because I fully intend to secure a personal injury lawyer to take my case.
