Hi Five Chicken, Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC, Canada
Saturday evening I ate a chicken buddy burger and later that night I was in critical condition, I must have thrown up about 20-25 times. It's Monday evening now and I'm still in rough shape. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
Picked up a container of Caesar vinaigrette from the deli/refrigerated section Aug 6.. Didn’t check the dates on it before purchase, but when I got home noticed it was packed July 12, expiring Aug 10. Seems like a long window for fresh dressing with dairy and anchovies..?... Anyways, made a salad.
Felt nauseous in the morning, took a couple pepto’s and had some kombucha. Took another dose of pepto in the afternoon, couldn’t eat or drink anything. Bad abdominal pain, got home and was basically living in the bathroom for the whole night. Took two more pepto in the evening, didn’t help at all. Fever of 101 all night. Feeling better today, but still pretty nauseous and very dehydrated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Dehydration
I had a pork taco. Severe abdominal pain followed by diarrhea and vomiting through the night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
I ordered a couple beef empanadas on May 15th with my friend. I got sick almost instantly later that night fever, body aches chills, vomiting, diarrhea. My friend got sick the next day. It was so bad I thought about going to the ER. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache

We stayed there from Nov 13-18. On Nov. 15 (day 3), my boy friend started to feel sick with vomiting. On that day, we had lunch at Cantina VI.AI.PY, and dinner at Encanta. Potential suspects were smoked salmon from breakfast, insect toastada from lunch, and beef carpaccio... from dinner. Nov. 16 (day 4) he became very tired, with high fever and explosive diarrhea. We went to the doctor at the resort and got antibiotics and a bunch of other medications at our own expense. He barely ate/drink anything other than electrolytes, slices of white bread, and some white rice since. We paid top dollars to this luxury resort, but ended up being miserable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
