I stayed at Hilton La Romana from May 25 to June 1, 2025. On May 27, I became severely ill and was hospitalized overnight with confirmed bacterial gastroenteritis and severe dehydration. I required IV fluids, antibiotics, and was placed on a restricted diet for several days.

Resort Pasta Illness Incident

April 23,2024 ate dinner at the Italian restaurant at the resort. By morning I had symptoms - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Couldn’t believe it. No meat. Just a tomato based pasta dish. Lasted all day, better day 2 but felt exhausted.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
