So violently ill, either from Chibali breakfast buffet or ice in water. This was a special occasion and the most expensive vacation I’ve ever taken, and food poisoning absolutely ruined my wife’s milestone birthday.

Diarrhea started overnight after four days at the resort, came home with it continuing, went to dr and tested positive for Giardia; others in group also sick tested positive for E Coli. Stayed there Jan 31-Feb 7

Went to park fuego. Next day had sore throat. Following day throat was worse, lots of body chills. Slept wrapped like a burrito with socks on, two robes & blankets.

spent week there June 19th -25th wife and kid got sick 23rd really bad took wife to hospital July 3rd due to her not getting better she has low potassium and sodium had to go to ER for IVs todays the 6th and she is still not

Everyone in our party of 9 got diarrhea. I left 24 hours ago and I am still dealing with it. The place is beautiful, but beware of the food or water. I have been to Aruba, Bermuda, Hawaiian Islands & Jamica. This is the only time anyone in my party got sick.
