Friday, June 17. I ate here at about 3:30pm. Half a burger, taco and jalapeño poppers. At 8pm my stomach bloated. Bad cramps. Stomach pain. I can’t vomit, I feel like I have to but I hate vomiting! Now, diarrhea. Stomach, Too much fried food maybe.

Burgers, Rings: Ill Effects

My husband, 4 year old son and I ate take out from Jack in the Box last night for dinner. My husband and I have had diarrhea since this morning and now we both have nausea. We both had burgers and onion rings. My son had chicken nuggets and is ok.
